Welcome to Yorkshire Machined Components Limited

We are a Leeds based sub contract manufacturer of precision machined components. 

We have invested in brand new CNC machinery and CAD CAM software which allows us to deliver high-quality, cost-effective machined components to all industries across the UK

We offer CNC 4 Axis Milling and CNC Turning and offer competitive turn around for prototype and batch production

As a family-run company, our lean operations allow us to offer competitive pricing and quicker turnarounds on time-sensitive orders

We pride ourselves on our tailored, personal approach to every project, providing the flexibility to adapt to our customers' unique needs

Our Capabilities

CNC Turning

350mm diameter x 525mm long

65mm diameter bar capacity

We offer machining of a wide variety of materials including Aluminium, Brass Bronze Copper Alloys, Exotic Alloys, Plastics, Steels, Stainless Steels

CNC Milling

1100x500mm table with 4th axis 

High speed adaptive milling 

We use CAD CAM software which allows us to optimise machining strategies and increase efficiency and component quality

Our Facilities

We are located in Leeds West Yorkshire at Unit 14, Albion Park Industrial Estate.

Our machine shop has undergone recent renovation and we have completed a new fit out with brand new equipment.
